Catering faq
How soon do I need to request catering for my event?
We request a minimum of 7 days notice for small gatherings (less than 50 guests) and 21 days notice for large gatherings (more than 50 guests).
Can you deliver to us?
Absolutely! We will deliver to a location of your choice within 20 minutes of our store (located in downtown Grass Valley). A $25 delivery fee will apply. Catering setup can be arranged for an additional fee. We currently do not offer event staffing at this time.
am i required to pay a deposit?
Yes, a 10% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation. An invoice with payment requirements will be sent to your email when the menu has been finalized.
Can i cancel a catering order?
A catering request can be cancelled at any time, however, we require at least 3 days notice for small gatherings and 7 days notice for large gatherings to receive a refund of your deposit. After this time the food for your event has already been ordered and cannot be returned.
